INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Remove Stock Rear Fender

• Unscrew the stock Tuttio Soleil 01 rear fender.

•  Keep all original bolts – these are required for proper installation. screws & washers are not included 

• Position Rear Fender

•  Place the upgraded rear fender in alignment with the mounting holes.

•  Due to frame variations, minor adjustment or alignment may be needed.

• Mounting & Fitment

•  Use the original Tuttio rear fender bolts to secure the new fender.

•  Start all bolts loosely before tightening fully to ensure proper alignment.

•  Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the plastic.

• (optional) Zip-tie the reinforcement tabs near the mounting holes. 

• Optional Reinforcement (Tabs)

◦ This fender includes reinforcement tabs near the mounting holes.

◦ These can be used with zip ties for added stability.

◦ Helpful if bolt holes do not perfectly align or if additional support is needed.
